Kantian Civil Society Dweller: ‘Doin’ times for minor crimes’

The flipside of “Love for Son and Daughter” — all the fun true “New Dealers” get up to with our funny country and the English Language Awesome — is that there is a time to quit ‘American Empirical’, New York non New York non-New Yorker *in a* G-man fashion, and stop being polite or getting real. What I am saying, fort or da, is this: Kantian ethics must guide the responsible bourgeois, away from governmental power of a “justice-seeking force” and also literary acuity: there is no acceptable way to ask for less than a human being deserves and get more — and there shall be no “conning” of the ever-so-many who have given you ‘the benefit of the doubt’ and have fewer doubts about how things “must needs” proceed in their home and native land. To wit, it is all a “silver standard”, life, and if you have had (according to some reasonable reckoning) more of it than others and hope for yet more, in accordance with “secret calculations” regarding your works-and-days [!]

Better to be taken as “a fool”

Than to *remove all doubt*

By telling it people

And having them ‘reap the whirlwind’.
